Everton will look to sign Fiyako Tomori on loan from Chelsea if they are unable to sign Kurt Zouma.
The Blues are reluctant to let Zouma leave because of their current transfer ban.
However, they would be open to letting Tomori leave the club after his successful spell with Derby last season.
