Frank Lampard will oversee a massive change at Chelsea by merging the first-team and academy, according to reports.
The former Blues midfielder is expected to be named as the club's new manager this week.
He steps up to the helm during a difficult time at the club, with Eden Hazard joining Real Madrid and a transfer ban until the summer of 2020.
The Telegraph says Lampard plans to have the academy players mix with the senior stars at Cobham.
The 41-year-old wants the academy sessions booked in before or after the first-team training so he can cast an eye of the youngsters.
Academy players will also use the first-team gym and eat with senior players, having previously been situated in their own building.
