Manchester United are eyeing Russian striker Aleksandr Sobolev.
The former Under-21 star joins a shortlist of players including Callum Wilson, Mario Mandzukic and Moussa Dembele.
The Daily Mail says Sobolev, 22, has impressed in the Russian Premier League with nine goals so far for Krylia Sovetov.
He has yet to make his senior debut for Russia, but would command a fee in the region of 15million - making him a cheaper option than the alternatives.
Bournemouth star Wilson would cost the Reds around 30million, but has impressed club scouts and has plenty of Premier League experience.
