Barcelona youth chief Patrick Kluivert admits Carles Alena and Riqui Puig could leave in January.
The Dutchman used Alea as an example, saying that "it wouldn't be a bad thing for him to get minutes and experience and become a better player".
In reference to the situation of Alea and Puig, who are both struggling to break into the first team's midfield, Kluivert added. "Players like them have to look out for their futures and do what's best for them and for the club."
On Barca failing to reach the knockout phase of the UEFA Youth League, Kluiver added: "I am disappointed with how they did in the Youth League, it's a really big blow but now we have to look forward."
