Crystal Palace ace Wilfried Zaha has revealed extra work away from the club has helped improve his game.
In an interview with August's Men's Health, Zaha revealed he has built a gym in his garage at home to improve his strength to hold off rivals.
He said, The pitch is not the only place you can improve. I've made a gym in my garage so if I want to do extra weights, I just go in there.
In football, people change all the time so you need to keep on top of things yourself.
I went through a period when I felt like I needed to get a bit stronger, to be able to do what I want to do on the pitch to hold people off and be more explosive when I'm running."
