Tottenham are in discussions with Amazon over a fly-on-the-wall documentary, according to the Daily Mail, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.
The North London club are reportedly in advanced talks with the US digital giant for the Amazon Prime Original series, scheduled to be broadcast next summer.
The proposed concept will apparently differ slightly from Amazon's documentary with Manchester City last year, its previous collaboration with a Premier League club
While the series will still closely follow the team on the pitch, it will also focus on the building of their UK1 billion (US$1.2 billion) stadium, the new venue's impact on the surrounding area and the club's growing links with the National Football League (NFL), which will see them host two games during the 2019 season.
Amazon are said to be pinning their hopes on the NFL angle to broaden the documentary's appeal in the US.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino and the players are said to have been informed of the project, with the Argentine giving it his approval. The deal is being brokered by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy, with cameras reportedly set to get behind the scenes access to the boardroom and first team dressing room.
