Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola insists there's no great concern over their start to the season.
City were were seven points behind Liverpool in January last year and are currently eight point behind Jurgen Klopp's sides this campaign.
But despite the already not inconsiderable gap, Guardiola is refusing to panic.
He said, Every season is completely different. Every situation is different. The results now are not going to change my opinion about my time.
I know exactly what we have to do to come back to be a team like we want to be but it is the past and we now need to be focused to try and increase our game and win games."
