Sheffield United are closing on a deal for Swansea City striker Oliver McBurnie.

The Sun says McBurnie is the next to arrive at Bramall Lane after talks stepped up over his 18million move from Swansea.

Blades boss Chris Wilder has already signed Lys Mousset for 10million from Bournemouth but still wants McBurnie's firepower for the Premier League.

The 23-year-old scored 24 goals in the Championship last season and Wilder reckons he will make the step up to the top flight.

Wilder has just completed the season-long loan signing of keeper Dean Henderson from Manchester United and bought midfielder Ben Osborn for 3.5million from Nottingham Forest.
