Chelsea are confident overturning their transfer ban in January.
The Daily Express says Chelsea are reportedly making contact with players' agents as they plan for a busy January transfer window in the hope that their current ban is lifted.
The Blues expect the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to cut short their transfer ban, which was imposed by FIFA in February.
The west London club are not permitted to register new signings for two windows due to breaches in the transfer of youth players, but have appealed to CAS in order to get the sanction overturned.
Reports suggest Chelsea are fairly confident of a positive verdict from CAS.
