Lazio president Claudio Lotito insists they're not under pressure to sell Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Having previously talked up the sale of the Serb, insisting he wouldn't stand in his way amid talk of concrete interest from Manchester United, Lotito is now insisting the midfielder could yet stay.

"Am I waiting for an offer for Milinkovic-Savic? No, I'm not expecting anything for him," said Lotito.

"We are calm because we do not need to sell this summer."

It's suggested United will need to go to 80m to land Milinkovic-Savic.
