Manchester United U23 coach Neil Wood has welcomed the input of Patrice Evra.
The former United defender is back at the club as he aims to complete his coaching badges after retiring from playing in July.
Speaking after his side's 1-0 victory over Fulham, Wood told the Manchester Evening News: "It's great for the players. Patrice has been in and around the club all week and mixing through the age groups and speaking to the boys.
"Just his influence here - he's here doing his coaching badges - just to have him around.
"He's a club legend. He's been fantastic for the players and for the staff as well."
