Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero hints he'll sack coach Eusebio Di Francesco after defeat to Hellas Verona.
The 2-0 result was their sixth defeat in seven Serie A games.
We are all disappointed, it's clear for all to see what is happening," Ferrero told Sky Sport Italia.
We will get together, have a meeting and I will make a decision on what is best for Sampdoria and for Di Francesco too.
We're a little stunned right now by what we've seen. So we wait until tomorrow to talk it over and make the decision for what is best for Sampdoria."
He added: We bought nine players and sold two this summer, it's not as if there was a clearout. I think at the moment there's still a bit of Marco Giampaolo in this team and not enough Di Francesco."
