Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha has spoken of an infamous bust-up at Carrington between Cristiano Ronaldo and Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Saha played alongside Dutchman Van Nistelrooy for two years at Old Trafford while he lined up alongside Juventus star Ronaldo for four seasons between 2004 and 2008.
"Did Ruud make Ronaldo cry? Yeah, there were stories because I think they ended up in an argument at the moment when Cristiano's father had passed away, so it wasn't the right moment," he told Four Four Two.
"Things like that happen when two players have lots of spirit, but I'm sure Ruud regrets some of his words."
Saha was speaking in a week where Raheem Sterling's bust-up with Joe Gomez at England's training base has dominated the headlines.
