Newcastle United are moving for PSG youngster Moussa Sissako.
The 19 year-old has been in talks with Newcastle for several weeks, reports RMC.
And negotiations have now moved to the next level with Newcastle making a nominal offer to PSG for Sissako. A four-year deal is also in front of the defender.
PSG chief Leonardo is now weighing up whether to cash in.
PSG do need to balance the books after adding six senior signings so far this summer.
