Chelsea youngsters Marc Guehi, Faustino Anjorin and Ian Maatsen are all set to make the squad for Wednesday's Carabao Cup clash at home to Grimsby.
Lampard has confirmed he will use the competition to blood some of the club's youth players.
17-year-old Anjorin has already scored five goals in seven games this season and is reportedly in line for a new contract.
Guehi, 19, is a leader for the club's Premier League 2 side and has already made Aidy Boothroyd's England U21 squad.
Maatsen is a Netherlands U17 internationaal who plays at left-back.
