Brazilian striker Joao Pedro is set to arrive at Watford in January.
The former Fluminense man, who is still on loan at the club, was waiting for his work permit before heading to England.
But the Evening Standard reports that he now has the all clear to play for the Hornets from the new year.
The 18-year-old has a big reputation in South America, despite only being a first team player for a couple of seasons.
Watford will be hoping that Pedro can add some much needed fire power to the team, as they only have five goals in their past eight games under Quique Sanchez Flores.
Pedro will arrive on a five-year contract.
