Arsenal are hoping to complete deals for Dani Ceballos and William Saliba by the end of this week.
Unai Emery confirmed his interest in Real Madrid midfielder Ceballos yesterday, with a loan deal close to being finalised.
Saliba was pictured watching Arsenal's friendly clash with Fiorentina alongside Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The London Evening Standard says the Gunners expect both players to complete moves this week.
Ceballos will arrive at the Emirates immediately, while Saliba will be loaned back to Saint-Etienne for the 2019/20 season.
