Barcelona have rejected a bid from a Premier League club for central midfielder Ivan Rakitic.
The 31-year-old is not happy about a lack of playing time this season.
He has only played ten games this term under Ernesto Valverde at the Catalan club.
Sport says a not yet named Premier League side made an offer, but fell nearly 18 million short of the asking price.
It is unclear who is involved, but Manchester United have been linked with Rakitic in the past.
The report also suggests Rakitic would rather stay in Spain, where Atletico Madrid are interested in signing him.
