Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma is not shying away from competition for places.
The centre-back, who was on loan at Everton last season, knows that he is at a huge club where he must fight for his place.
Zouma is competing with the likes of Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger for a starting spot in defence.
"I am in a big club and everyone here wants to play," said Zouma to the club's official website.
"The competition is very hard and you can see in the squad, there are a lot of talented players so when you train, you have to do it right.
"Everyone that's on the pitch wants to stay on the pitch. The competition can only make us better."
