Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez has suffered a knee injury while training with Colombia.

James was due tests on Friday to determine the extent of the injury, before flying back to Spain.

It's feared that he has sprained the internal ligament in his left knee, says Marca.

James hasn't been available to play for Los Blancos for some weeks due to a muscle problem and now he won't be able to play for Colombia against Peru.

The first 15 minutes of Colombia's session was open to the press, while the rest was behind closed doors.

One action seemed to change James' face and he had to return to the dressing room.
