Real Mallorca chief Maheta Molango has welcomed the arrival of Real Madrid midfielder Takefuso Kubo.

The 18 year-old Japan international has signed with Mallorca on a season-long loan.

Molango said, "When there are common interests and the fact that relations between Madrid and Mallorca are cordial, it helps a lot. We clearly know that everyone is defending their interests and that no one is giving anything.

"Madrid is a bigger club than ours and it is logical that its players have trouble arriving because we are a small club and we have just been promoted to LaLiga.

"Mallorca is a great place for Kubo to grow up and we like to work, take care of him, that's why we are grateful to Madrid for the trust they give to our project."
