Watford have completed the signing of Tom Dele-Bashiru on a six-year contract.
The youngster is a Nigeria under-20 international who was out of contract with Manchester City.
He made his debut for City in a Carabao Cup game against Leicester City two seasons ago.
The 19-year-old is born in Manchester, which means that he will count as a home grown player.
He has represented England and Nigeria at youth level, most recently Nigeria at the Under-20 World Cup.
