Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is looking to leave the club in January, according to club legend Paul Ince.
Like his United teammates, the World Cup winner has endured an inconsistent start to the season.
And after failing to join Real Madrid in the summer, Ince thinks Pogba has his mind set on a move in the winter transfer window.
He told Paddy Power: "Paul Pogba looks bang average again.
"Those young players need his guidance right now, they need nurturing and showing where they need to be on the pitch, and Pogba should take ownership of that.
"We should be seeing that leadership. I'm not sure his head is in it, I believe his mind is on January, but he needs to take control of the team and of the youngsters that are trying to break through."
