Southampton and Newcastle are chasing after Hull City winger Jarrod Bowen.
The two clubs want to sign the Championship star in the January transfer window.
Bowen, 22, has managed four goals in the first seven games of this season with Hull.
He was the club's top scorer last season, netting 22.
Per the Daily Express, the Saints and Magpies will attempt to lure Bowen to the Premier League in the coming months.
But given Hull's precarious position in the Championship, they may be reluctant to lose their star man midway through the campaign.
