Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says they'll be ready for Leeds United on Wednesday in Perth.
Leeds have been out of the Premier League since 2004 and Solskjaer, who recalled some feisty encounters with them when he was a player, said games between the two great rivals were always big occasions.
The more you play against each other the more the rivalry will flare up again and you want games against the biggest clubs," said Solskjaer.
If we see Leeds back in the Premier League, you'll see the size of the game. It's a great occasion for both sets of supporters, because there were some fantastic games.
I've got quite a few good memories, probably the 4-3 win when I scored two at Elland Road, and seeing David Beckham and Ian Harte having possibly the slowest race ever for a 50-yard long pass from Scholesy.
There were some great games against them, they hadd a fantastic team in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Erik Bakke [Solskjaer's fellow Norwegian] was also in that team, so there were quite a few fierce tackles in those games and hopefully it will be a good, competitive game tomorrow I'm sure it will be.
I want my players to go out there and try and win and that's the same with Marcelo [Bielsa].
We're competitive, we're competitors. If you play a game you want to win, but of course it's going to be using fair methods. If it's Leeds, Liverpool or Perth Glory you just want to win the game."
