PSG have tabled a bid for AC Milan goalkeeper Gigi Donnarumma.
TMW says PSG have made an opening offer for the Italy international of 20m plus keeper Alphonso Areola.
However, the proposal falls well short of Milan's valuation.
The Rossonero are demanding a far higher cash price to sell Donnarumma, though they are now prepared to consider his sale.
Driving the deal at PSG's end is former Milan sports director Leonardo.
