Hertha Berlin are ready to close a deal for Chelsea striker Daishawn Redan in the coming days.
The Dutch teen will quit Chelsea for a 2.5m fee, says Kicker.
Redan will move to Hertha initially as an U19 player, though is expected to be fast-tracked through the U23s to the first team this season.
In 51 matches for Holland's youth teams, he has scored an impressive 42 goals.
Redan's departure is a blow to Chelsea's academy staff.
