Fiorentina sporting director Daniele Prade has declared Bruno Fernandes is joining Real Madrid.
Fiorentina had been keen on Sporting CP's Brazilian forward Raphinha but Prade stated that their pursuit of the player was over because of Fernandes' imminent move to Los Blancos.
"Raphinha must be off the market because Bruno Fernandes is off to [Real] Madrid for 70 million euros," Prade stated.
As a result, Prade insists that Sporting could not afford to lose another player in that position.
Fernandes has been mentioned at Real as an alternative to Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
