A man has raped his daughter for eight years, up until the time she gave birth to two children, in an act of adultery. Superintendent Aidi Sham Mohamed, the chief of the Port Dickson District Police, stated that the victim, who is now 20 years old, filed a police report at around 11:11 p.m. on Wednesday, revealing the 40-year-old suspect's conduct.
"The victim disclosed that she had been raped by her biological father since the age of twelve, and she had even told her mother about the incident,” as reported by Astro Awani
"Yet, despite the victim having given birth to two children, it went unnoticed," he stated.
The preliminary investigation's findings, according to Aidi Sham, indicated that the incident happened between 2016 and this year's most recent incident.
"All the rape incidents happened in a room in their house in Kampung Chuah, Port Dickson here." The victim gave birth to two children as a result of the mahram's incestuous deed; one child passed away at birth, and the other is currently three years old.
"Following the police report, an arrest was made on the male suspect and his wife in their 40s at the Port Dickson District Police Headquarters at approximately 11.40 am on Friday," stated the officer.
He claimed that the female suspect and the male suspect who worked in the hamlet had records on drug cases as a result of an examination of earlier data.
"The suspect was taken to the Seremban Court and placed under five days of remand, starting on Saturday and ending on May 8 of next year.
"The case is being investigated under Section 376B of the Penal Code for committing adultery, which provides for a prison sentence of not less than six years and not more than 20 years and shall also be subject to whipping," he stated.
