To my dearest wife, my sons, and all my loved ones,
As I take my place in the peace of Waheguru, I find my heart overflowing with a gratitude that words on earth could scarcely contain. I departed this world a truly fulfilled man, and that fulfilment is the direct result of the life, the love, and the incredible devotion you showered upon me.
To My Beloved Wife, My “One in a Million”
Darling, they say marriages are made in heaven, and our 63 glorious years are the living proof. I was ordained by the Almighty to be by your side, and I am so deeply blessed that you were the one holding my hand as I took my last breath.
I want you to know that I saw everything. During those five weeks at IJN, I saw your fatigue, but I never heard a complaint. I felt your watchful eyes and your alert spirit keeping guard over me 24/7. You moved mountains to keep me comfortable, motivating me with a strength that was both tender and tenacious. You passed the ultimate test of a loving wife with flying colours, and I am so incredibly proud of you.
You shaped my life. Through your patience, your understanding, and even our "ups and downs," you built a relationship that was tested and found to be unbreakable. My purpose in life was to love a woman as amazing as you—and in that, I have succeeded beyond my wildest dreams.

To my pillars of strength—thank you for the legacy we built together. To see our family stand with such dignity and respect during my final rites at the PJ Gurdwara fills me with immense pride.
A Celebration in Pink
I must commend you, my dear, for your wonderful request for our guests to wear pink instead of the traditional white during the last rites at the PJ Gurdwara Sahib. It was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for sending me off on such a high note—celebrating my life rather than mourning my departure. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly lightened the spirit of the occasion.
My Final Request
Though I have moved on to the next journey, please do not think of me as gone. I am simply your silent, invisible partner now. I will be walking beside you during your Nordic walks, sitting with you in the quiet moments of reflection, and protecting you from afar.
