- Historian Dan Jones has been commissioned to write a new James Bond novella titled All In to celebrate the National Year of Reading.
- The story honours Ian Fleming's fourth Bond novel, Diamonds Are Forever, and was revealed on James Bond Day on 5 October.
- The new adventure finds Bond in Ceylon (now Sri Lanka) in 1954 as the British are leaving.
