As a management educator and IUE Adjunct Professor, I remember a decade ago most organizations were asking whether they should consider social & environmental issues in conjunction with profitability. Today the key discussion has shifted from a question of whether to a question of how: How can an organization consider social, environmental, and economic value creation? A recent study by Sejahtera Leadership Initiative (SLI) and Global Sejahtera shows CEOs believe that sustainability issues need to be fully integrated into the strategies and operations if their organizations are to be real successful.
Interestingly, according to IUE President Dr. Pauline Crawford, that “The principles of entreprenology are part of a living library of experiential thoughts, reaction, and conversations documented and appended that will be changed as it necessary as our world evolves. The principle are a core selection of as ‘The Unteachable Skills’, are needed to accelerate & sustain entreprenological success. These skills - and the resultant principles - build the robust real-world platform upon which entreprenology is established. At IUE, our approach is on a life credential for people who think beyond what already exists."
