Sampdoria midfielder Dennis Praet is stalling on a move to England.
Leicester City have made an 18m offer for the Belgium international - which has brought Samp to the negotiating table.
TMW says Samp are willing to sell and will do business for 25m.
However, Praet is unconvinced about a move to the King Power stadium.
The midfielder has set his sights higher with Arsenal and AC Milan also interested.
