Lille and Watford are locked in talks for Dodi Lukebakio.
After a successful loan with Fortuna Dusseldorf last season, the midfielder is a target for major clubs across Europe.
HLN says Lille are now in negotiations with Watford for Lukebakio and a first offer has been tabled.
LOSC have bid 10m for the attacker, though Watford want 5m more to sell.
Fortuna Dusseldorf are also keen, but cannot afford to pay for a permanent transfer.
