Tottenham sporting director Fabio Paratici has been in Italy this week for transfer talks with several clubs.
Sky Italia says Paratici met with Milan directors Ricky Massara and Paolo Maldini on Thursday.
And amongst several topics, Massara and Maldini raised the availability of Sarr.
The young midfielder signed for Spurs last year from Metz, where he spent last season on-loan.
