AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli is delighted with the form of Rafael Leao.
Pioli feels Leao is back to his best at the right time of the season.
He said, "He is a very inside player: he is always ready, then in all seasons with such an important number of matches, no player cannot maintain maximum psycho-physical condition for 10 months.
"He is physically well, he is mentally well and positive performances give you courage and confidence. We can look forward with him.
"For me my players are all my children, I think of them here and even when I'm at home. I talk to them every day: we talk a lot about football, but they must be listened to and it also happens in other situations.
"They're lucky, but still with all the problems of 20-year-olds. Rafa is the player who has been in my office the longest over the years and therefore the bond is a little stronger."
