AC Milan hero Billy Costacurta believes it will be a balanced title race.
Costacurta has been impressed by Juventus and Inter's buying this summer.
He said, "I'm convinced that balance will still reign supreme.
"But this time, the two rivals could be Inter and Juventus above all, who've brought in top players like Lukaku, Di Maria, and Pogba, while also taking risks by losing Skriniar and de Ligt.
“Milan are still behind in the transfer market, as are Roma and Napoli who have lost a rock at the back in Koulibaly."
