Sandro Tonali and Junior Messias both broke down during the 6-1 win.
Tonali slipped and over-extended, immediately clutching the inside of his left leg, with the scores at 4-1. He immediately left the pitch.
Messias also limped off and the initial diagnosis is a sprained right ankle.
There's concerns Tonali may've strained a hamstring.
