Chelsea have rejected an approach from AC Milan for Benoit Badiashile.
The France defender is a loan target for the Rossonero ahead of the January market.
But TMW says Chelsea have told Milan they're not interested in doing business.
Milan wanted to take Badiashile on-loan with an option to buy.
But Chelsea rebuffed the offer with the 33million signing part of Mauricio Pochettino's plans.
