AC Milan signing Christian Pulisic has posted a farewell to Chelsea and their fans.
The 24-year-old USA international ended his experience with the Blues with 145 appearances, 26 goals and 21 assists.
Pulisic stated: "I want to thank my teammates, fans and all the people behind the scenes who made my years at Chelsea so special.
"Lifting this trophy at the end of that magnificent Champions League will stay with me forever.
"Thanks for all the memories."
