
Kota Kinabalu: A 53-year-old man pleaded not guilty before Sessions Court Judge Amir Shah Amir Hassan to raping his friend’s niece.
Molidi Gaduik is accused of raping the 10-year-old girl between 2am and 3am in October 2019 at a house in Tamparuli.

The court offered bail of RM5,000 in two local sureties and ordered to report to nearest police station once a month.

Earlier, the prosecution suggested RM10,000 bail for Molidi with several conditions.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Nurul Shafeerah Mad Iskim appeared for the prosecution while Molidi was not represented.
