Hearts are being linked with new Manchester City signing Ryotaro Meshino.
Meshino was spotted in attendance as Hearts drew with Ross County at the weekend, ahead of a potential loan switch to the SPFL.
The 21-year-old joined the Citizens in the summer from Japanese side Gamba Osaka but is expected to leave the club temporarily.
Given the forward was spotted in the crowd and initial talks over a loan to Hearts have taken place according to Edinburgh Live.
Hearts have signed Manchester United goalkeeper Joel Pereira today on-loan for the season.
