- Network Rail says that any future revenue generated from advertising will be reinvested into station improvements benefiting passengers.
- The station has also seen other measures introduced, such as longer boarding times and clearer signage, following an improvement notice from the Office of Rail and Road in 2023 regarding overcrowding.
