
RANAU: Civil servants should be good at assessing and not simply implement instructions if they are not in line with the regulations, said Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister, Datuk Abidin Madingkir.
“My principle is that all instructions from superiors or the Minister will be implemented if the instructions are in line with regulations. But on the contrary, if they contradict regulations, of course, we will not implement them.
