Barcelona president Joan Laporta's financial adviser feels he faces needing to sell part of the club.

Jordi Roures has been acting as an adviser to Laporta since his return as president.

And with the club still struggling to fix their financial problems, Mediapro boss Roures said: "We must find out how the economic situation is really resolved.

"Bara's only economic solution is to sell a part of the club, Bayern Munich-style. You have to bring a great coach, but to bring him you have to give him the assurance that there will be signings.

"I want to reflect on Xavi's words when he said that in Bara there can be no Ferguson. In the story, Ferguson made a fool of himself for several consecutive seasons. Then he put the kids in and won several leagues in a row. This dynamic here cannot occur. I don't know what coach Laporta thinks about, but you have to catch the bull by the horns."
