Drone footage has captured the cleanup mission on Treasure Island, Florida, after it was struck by Hurricane Helene.

Homes were battered and trees littered the roads, following 140 mph (225 km/h) winds and heavy rain battered the state on Thursday (26 September).

At least 45 people have died across multiple states and millions have been left without power - with 4,000 National Guardsmen called up to help out in Florida alone.

Helene has since been downgraded to a 'post-tropical storm', however, it's thought the damage could cost billions to rectify.
