Agent Jose Alberti says Paulo Dybala's arrival will take AS Roma to a new level.
Alberti told TMW Radio: "It is Dybala who relaunches Roma, not vice versa.
"I had made the proposal to Napoli when he was still in South America and they took me for crazy.
"Dybala could have been the second Sivori or the second Maradona. I had talked about it years ago with Coppola and the Napoli managers when Dybala was 17 but he was too young - and then Palermo took him."
