Agent Oscar Damiani expects major changes at Napoli.
Damiani was speaking after Napoli's defeat to Atalanta on Saturday .
He said, "It's not Spalletti's Napoli and it shows. The team has gotten worse, the many changes haven't helped. It's not like you change coach and solve the problem... Something was certainly wrong.
