The agent of Napoli striker Victor Osimhen says he can be proud of his Ballon d'Or placing.
The Nigeria international finished eighth in the running for the award which was won by Argentina captain Leo Messi.
Taking to twitter, Roberto Calenda was keen to congratulate Osimhen.
You made history and the future is yours, Victor is coming!" he posted.
Osimhen scored 26 goals in 32 Serie A games last season as Napoli won the Scudetto.
