Agent Alexei Safonov says anything is possible regarding Chelsea and Dynamo Moscow winger Arsen Zakharyan.
The Russia international missed a move to Chelsea in August due to financial sanctions on Russia over the invasion of Ukraine.
It's since been claimed Chelsea are ready to try for Zakharyan this summer.
Agent Alexei Safonov told Vprognoze.ru: "Chelsea can't surprise me with anything right now.
"They've gotten so many people lately. Three buses of players. Zakharyan is a young guy. Yes, he spends this season worse than six months before him. Perhaps Arsen is experiencing a slight decline. But this happens."
